Tenants
We offer a friendly, caring service to our tenants, and are on hand to answer queries or concerns, no matter how large or small. We can be contacted six days a week, and also on Sundays, if pre-arranged.
When you rent through Ace Lettings, the following applies:-
- An administration fee of £75.00 for a single applicant (covers the cost of referencing). Married couples are classed as one applicant.
- A charge of £25.00 per each additional applicant.
- A charge of £25.00 for a Guarantor, if necessary.
We are an agent for HomeLet, the market leader in providing services and products to letting agents. They offer very competitive rates for contents insurance for Tenants, which is always necessary, as the Landlord is only obliged to obtain buildings insurance.
Your deposit will be placed in the government approved ‘Deposit Protection Scheme’, within fourteen days of receipt by ourselves. We do not then obtain this deposit back until the property is vacated. Any damage caused to the property, apart from what is deemed as the usual wear and tear, will then be deducted from this money and the balance repaid to you. No interest is earned by us on this deposit.
When managing the property , we will ensure that any queries are dealt with promptly. Unlike larger Companies, we offer a very personal service, as you will always deal with the same two people. We can be contacted by phone, text or email.
